Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Verdant Yields Co. for soil remediation or irrigation services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Verdant Yields Co. and the farm/entity requesting services.

2. Service Limitations & Weather Dependencies

Agriculture is inherently unpredictable. While our bio-dynamic solutions are scientifically proven to improve soil health and water retention, Verdant Yields Co. cannot guarantee specific crop yields. Implementation timelines for drone mapping and irrigation installation are strictly dependent on weather conditions in the Willamette Valley.

3. Liability

Verdant Yields Co. is not liable for crop loss due to acts of God, extreme climate events, pest infestations, or failure to follow post-remediation maintenance guidelines provided by our agronomists.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
